Returns on Unopened Items

We accept returns on products that are new, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund deducting the amount of shipping to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use or tampering.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
