Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. This includes the correct name, shipping address, and contact information. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, resulting in undeliverable or returned packages, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees to re-ship the order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on the order volume. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website. For any updates with your order please refer to our customer account tab.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship the package. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges on undelivered packages.
Lost or Delayed Packages
